1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use the Site. No user accounts are required, but if we introduce them, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality.

2. Permitted Use

The Site provides information about our defense technology products for mission-critical operations. You may: View content (e.g., product details, gallery). Submit inquiries via the contact form. Switch languages (English/Ukrainian).

You agree not to: Use the Site for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized access to our systems or reverse-engineering our technologies. Share sensitive defense-related data publicly. Disrupt the Site (e.g., via malware or excessive traffic). Infringe intellectual property rights.

As a miltech provider, misuse of product information (e.g., for non-defense purposes) may violate Ukrainian export controls or international sanctions.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images (e.g., product photos), videos, and software (e.g., Swiper integration)—is owned by DigiQ RF or our licensors. It is protected by Ukrainian, EU, and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
- Product descriptions (e.g., "8 FullHD encrypted video streams") are for informational purposes only and do not grant licenses.
- Our trademarks (e.g., "DigiQ RF") may not be used without consent.

For defense tech inquiries, any shared specifications remain our confidential property.

4. User Content

Content you submit (e.g., contact form messages) grants us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for responding to your inquiry and improving our Services. You retain ownership but warrant it does not infringe third-party rights or contain illegal content.

We are not liable for user-submitted content.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

In no event shall DigiQ RF be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from Site use, even if advised of the possibility. Total liability is limited to $100 USD.

As a defense tech site, we disclaim liability for reliance on product info; all sales require separate agreements.

6. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ends.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.

For EU users, GDPR rights apply as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control, including war, natural disasters, or cyber threats—particularly relevant in Ukraine's context.

9. Miscellaneous

- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede prior agreements.
